Rod Scraper Combined Seals SAN - A854
A heavy duty pneumatic wiper-rod seal can be used both as rod seal or wiper in pneumatic cylinders thanks to their special design. Standard production is from PU + TPE materials for heavy duty applications and from NBR + TPE materials for middle to heavy duty applications. For special applications that require high temperature, it can also be produced in PTFE + VMQ or FPM.

INSTALLATION
It can be assembled into closed groove with tight hand force. This seal does not need additional element such as circlip for axial fitting within the housing. We recommend using special assembly tool. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.
