PU Static seals SSV - A406
Designed to replace the O-ring and the support ring combination in static applications, this double-acting static seal for outer sealing, by its design, enables to eliminate the rotation problem encountered in O-ring assemblies. It can be produced in accordance with standard O-ring grooves. The difficulties faced during an o-ring assembly such as twisting, ripping was solved with this design. It can be used without a back-up ring at high pressures. Due to the material, it does have good wear resistance to extrusion and shows good sealing performance in double acting applications.

INSTALLATION
Easily assembled by hand. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.
