COVER SEAL TPU SPL - A404
TPU double-acting cover seal for outer sealing, which is produced from high performance TPU, can be used safely in hydraulic cylinders instead of statically-functioning o-rings. The difficulties faced during an o-ring assembly such as twisting, ripping was solved with this design. It can be used without a back-up ring at high pressures. Due to the material, it does have good wear resistance to extrusion and shows good sealing performance in double acting applications.

INSTALLATION
Easily assembled by hand. The surface of the flanges should be dried prior to installation. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.
