ISTANT 34 Low Viscosity Cyanoacrylate Adhesive
- Super fast instant adhesive on basis of ethyl cyanoacrylate.
- Low viscosity, designed for fast bonding of EPDM, foam rubber; difficult to bond rubber, soft/plastic.
- Recommend to store product in a cool and dry place at temperature non exceeding +20 °C.
- For better and enhanced shelf life, keep product in a refrigerator at +2 °C/+7 °C.
ISTANT 37 medium-high viscosity Cyanoacrylate Adhesive
- High viscosity, flexible, high impact resistant.
- Flexible medium-high viscosity instant adhesive based on ethyl-cyanoacrylate.
- Fast cure on flexiblesubstrates, suitable for porous surfaces.
- Good peel strength.
ISTANT 43S Cyanoacrylate Adhesive - NSF
- Universal, high temperature, approved for food
- Surface insensitive medium viscosity instant adhesive based on ethyl cyanoacrylate.
- Insensitive to acidic surfaces, it is recommended for bonding of leather, wood and metals.
- Proven temperature strength up to +120 °C with peaks for short times up to +150 °C.
- NSF registered as acceptable for use as an instant adhesive (category P1) in and around food processing area.
ISTANT 47 Cyanoacrylate Gel
- Gel, high temperature,approved for food
- Highly thixotropic ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive, suitable for bonding of rubber and plastics together or on a metal substrate.
- Non-drip, non-sag gel, suitable for use on vertical surfaces. The high viscosity formulation and the delayed fixture time allow large gaps filling and parts repositioning.
- It provides proven temperature resistance up to +120 °C with peaks up to +150 °C for short times.
ISTANT 73 Cyanoacrylate
- Tough and flexible, high temperature .
- Rubber toughened low viscosity Ethil-Cyanoacrylate adhesive with increased flexibility and impact resistance.
- Suitable for bonding rubbers and metals.
- Curing time is designed to allow right positioning of the pieces before assembly.
- Good temperature resistance up to 120 °C.
CR1 CYANOACRYLATE CLEANER
- Remover for cured adhesives
- Loxeal CA Remover is a solvent blend to be used to remove cured cyanoacrylate adhesive from surfaces, clothing or to debond parts assembled with cyanoacrylate adhesives.
7 PRIMER ACTIVATOR
- Solvent based treatment for bonding of polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene), thermoplastic rubbers, EPDM, PTFE, silicones and other difficult to bond materials with low surface energy.
- Loxeal Primer 7 is designed to increase their surface energy, optimizing the bond strength.
- Polyolefin Primer is recommended to be used with Loxeal 34 Instant Adhesive and with other ethyl cyanacrylate adhesives.
- Polyolefin Primer 7 is fluorescent under blue lamp.
- Do not use on materials which usually do not need
Nº 4 PTFE Silicone Grease - NSF/UBA
- Waterproof, lubricant, PTFE based, approved for food.
- Combines the slip properties of silicone with the lubricant power of PTFE.
- Suitable for metal/plastic, metal/rubber, plastic/plastic and in some cases metal/metal combinations.
- Odorless and tasteless, suitable for use with drinking water.
- Not flammable and it has good electrical insulation properties.
- Strongly water-repellent and not easily removable from surfaces immersed in water.
- It does not allow growth of fungus and moulds even in high humidity and high temperature conditions.
- Registered at NSF, cat. H1 for incidental contact with food, Reg. N. 141233.
Nº 9 PTFE Silicone Grease - NSF/UBA
- Waterproof, lubricant, approved for food
- Provides lubricant properties for metal/plastic, metal/rubber and plastic/plastic combinations, also suitable for metal/metal not subjected to high loads.
- Odorless and tasteless, suitable for use with drinking water.
- Not flammable and it has good electrical insulation properties.
- Strongly water-repellent and not easily removable from surfaces immersed in water.
- It does not allow growth of fungus and moulds even in high humidity and high temperature conditions.
- Registered at NSF, cat. H1 for incidental contact with food, Reg. N. 141569.
