Washers, ideal discs for loads tightening
Square or rectangular section washers are an optimum alternative to o-rings as they afford a greater sealing surface and they can work with high pressures and loads. Under normal working conditions, in other words, within the elastic limits of the rubber and the recommended speed so that the material does not overheat, rubber washers allow optimum sealing to be ensured, even when the contact surfaces are in motion.
These are some of the advantages of JIOrings washers:

When we don’t have specific manufacturing requirements, we propose Class 2 (EN2 for the interior diameter, EW2 for the section and EC2 for the thickness).
